Took the dive---denied. Does anyone have a GOOD number to a FIA analyst with the authority to overturrn decisions? UPDATE--APPROVED Fidelity AMEX for $5K. Finally reached a Sr. Analyst who manually reviewed my report, very cool guy! Turns out the computer flagged me for 2 old paid court collections with my homes association from a maintenence dispute a few years (3 and 4) back and 1 paid judgement/collection with Capital One from several years (6) back. VERY GLAD indeed to have this card. Thanks to 12njoy and others who gave me the motivation to apply for it! Mods feel free to move to the appropriate topic area.

Nice.. Congrats!!
Congrats on the Fidelity! One at the top of my list!
Initially what was the denial reasons?
@x2: I didn't go straight through FIA but through one of the B of A backdoor number here on the forum where I was transferred to a Sr. Analyst for FIA--it was the 866-811-4108 number.. @tonyjones: The computer denied me for two 3 and 4 year old paid judgement from my homes association following a dispute over an assesed fine and one 6 year old paid judgement from Cap. One.
Congrats!
