After little over 3 years, a couple denials (not 5/24'd), I've opened 7 accounts in those first 2 years. All but 3 cards are under 5/24 now, and got a pre screened letter from chase with the fixed %.
The starting balance is only $1,900, I have cards with 5-12k limits but my utilization is around 25% right now, happy to have a new card it's been almost a year since my last app. I did add a auto loan (motorcycle), and my credit report calls it "other, recreational".
Finally in the Chase fam.
