Just joined First Tech and was approved for the Choice Rewards World Mastercard at $35k SL and 9%. I did receive a pre approved mailer a few weeks back (though didn't apply through that offer).

Not their typical approval (about $400k in available CLs and less than 1% utilization). 800ish credit score, thick profile (in great shape), existing CLs in the 50k+ range, high earner. Needed a true chip and pin priority card.

The app went pending, they called the next day to ask a few questions, and got the approval email a few minutes later. Proof of income was required.
