Guess who got another GE upgrade!!!!

So I was totally excited about my Walmart Discover upgrade, TODAY I LOG INTO MY TJ MAXX ACCOUNT AND BAM! I GOT THE POP UP!! UPGRADED TO THE MASTERCARD AND GOT A 2000.00 CL. I WAS AT 1300 WITH THE STORE CARD. I STARTED WITH 200 CL OPENED THE CARD AUGUST 2012!! OMG THIS IS AWESOME. SO FAR MY UPGRADES HAVE BEEN:

GAP TO GAPVISA

AMERICAN EAGLE TO AEOVISA

WALMART TO WALMART DISCOVER

TJMAXX TO TJXREWARDS MASTERCARD.

MY LAST CARDS TO UPGRADE IS BANNANA REPUBLIC, SAMS, PAYPAL AND DILLARDS

Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

GE gives me CLI's but no upgrades. I can get an Amex card, but not an upgrade to a Walmart Discover? I can get a Signature card, but not an upgrade? What's up with that? Well at least I have a real Discover!

It is by will alone I set my mind in motion.....
Always follow these rules: Only take a HP for a new account. Always use the best rewards card for that reward category. Don't close a card unless you know you really should. Never use more than 35% of a credit limit. Recon as much and as best you can. Use the introductory period to the best advantage. Get the signup bonus. Whenever possible PIF or balance transfer so you pay less in interest. Never give an excellent rating when it is actually the norm. Always look for a discount as more is always better.
Always accept candy from strangers because they have the best candy or from people you know have good candy.

Nice! Do you just automatically get upgraded or do you have to request it? I have a Best Buy card, and it would be awesome if it were to be upgraded to the mastercard.

Best buy is not GE. GE does upgrades on their cards . You cannot request upgrades.
