HOPPED on the PenFed Train for a $7,500 SL!!!

After noticing the MANY, MANY PenFed app and CLI approvals lately, I decided to Hop Aboard the PenFed train and app for the Power Cash Rewards card this afternoon!

BOOM - Instant Approval, $7,500 SL!

WHAT??? I originally apped for this Card and opened an Access America checking account (with a $500 deposit to qualify for 2% CB on the Card instead of 1.5% CB) when I joined PenFed last March and their response was DENIED - with a EQ FICO9 723!

Fast Forward to June and I received a snail mail solicitation for the Platinum VISA from PenFed. Apped at that time and their response was DENIED - with a EQ FICO9 731!

If at 1st you don't Succeed - well, you know the rest!

DPs -

EQ FICO9 - 752 per PenFed

AoOA - 7.8 years

AAoA - 2.1 years

AoYA - 1 month

Income - $100K+

UTIL - 2%, from EQ Report

PIF all other accounts every month with the exception of approximately $1,200 on my AmEx Cash Magnet card (still in 0% Promo interest period)

Also, I believe that may be your EQ FICO 9 score, not FICO 8. PenFed uses FICO 9.
