Had a good week with approvals and cli's

I called all my synchrony cards and got pretty hefty (for me) increases this week. My Walmart card went from $600 to $2600, my Amazon card went from $700 to $3000, my American Eagle went from $150 to $3500. I hit the love button on both my Capital One cards and my platinum went from $300 to $800 and my rewards went from $500 th $1500. Now if I could get Comenity to give me some love! They won't budge and neither will lowes. Lowes might be because I haven't used it yet, I'll go charge something and try again in a month! I also got approved for my car care one this week and bp! Awesomeness for me!

If you don't mind me asking, how long did you have your Amazon before you got the increase?  I was checking out tonight ($20 item lol) and was offered the Amazon card. I need  a store card so I applied and received an instant approval with a $700 CL so just curious.

I used it one time and paid it off as soon as the payment posted, I think I have had it for around 4 months.  From what I have read and from experience it is better to call them or chat with them (synchrony) online to get an increase.  I hit the love button before and was denied but when I chat with them they are gererous.  Ask for more than what you want, I asked for $3000 on my amazon and that is what they gave me, I probably could've  got more.

Thanks for the tip about using Chat, that's my prefered with anyone when possible.  I've read so often about the SCT and don't ever remember it happening to me, I guess because I never sign up with these websites in order for them to have any of my info to even soft pull on me.  I've had an Amazon account for YEARS and have seen it in the past, but never applied because I thought I would be denied.  Now that I know it usually means a fairly good chance of approval, I tried and was really happy.

For what ever it's worth, they did a HP on my TU. No biggie for me, there
