Home Depot Auto CLI!!!!

Opened the card Aug, 2018, Sl $4,100.  Made a few small purchases and pif'd. Purchased a miter saw in October and used the 6 month financing option. Made the last payment for the promotional balance last week. Signed in today and saw the increase +$1,500.

Thanks Citi

Re: Home Depot Auto CLI!!!!

Congrats on your increase - I will admit I’m a little jealous lol. I’ve given up on my $500 Home Depot card after 13 years and thousands of dollars in spend with no CLIs, auto or requested. It stays in the SD as my oldest open account and is only used (as suggested by another MFer) for a few small PIF purchases a year to keep it active. Maybe at some point Citi will see my new Lowe’s card on my reports and decide to throw some luv at my account. If so, great. If not, no worries.

Re: Home Depot Auto CLI!!!!

Yep, not a dime. It’s fine though - Lowes will grow far higher and it’s only a 5-minute drive from my house as opposed to 20 minutes to Home Depot. I’m happy.

I'm gonna go for the Lowes real soon. $100 incentive plus 11% rebate. I can get the gazebo and a new bbq pit. Spring time finally!!
