FWIW the Macy's card says CBNA on some of the paper, but the DSNB cards seem to be managed quite differently.

Yeah, people can actually get CLIs on the Macy's. These are actually my first 2 cards approved by Citi. The one from Best Buy was from the portfolio transfer. Prior to the other day, I had never been approved for any Citi card at all.
