Does this 80k limit include the CLOC? Been curious how far to push my flagship currently at 33k (plat at 25k)

No idea.  I doubt it.

Their letter states that the maximum credit card limit is $80k.

CLOC IS an unsecured product, but is NOT a credit card, so I wouldn't think that a CLOC is included in that limit.

I got my letter, since I asked for 40k and they gave me 33k instead. Only reason stated in the letter is:

"You've reached Navy Federal's maximum unsecured credit limit"

@700orbust  In my experience that just means you've currently reached how much they're willing to extend to you (if you're not already at $80K combined across your Navy Federal credit cards). Usually in a few months or the next time you're eligible for a limit increase they extend even more credit.
