Huntington just approved a cli on my wemc, $4000 to $6500. Another win!
CLIs releases those endorphins as much as a new approval. CLIs are smarter when they are SPs. Work it until you take it to the max. The folks who don't read this site just wait for the bank to give them an auto CLI. They are not playing the game well. In my world, the only time I will apply for a new CC is when I can't get my fix because there are no more CLIs to be had. Take it to the max.
Nice! Voice Rewards? What category do you use with it?

No, I have the 1.5% card. I was getting double, but that ran out. I use it very little now, but that doesn't seem to stop the clis. I suppose I should see if I can pc to the 3% card. It seems like I have a lot of 3% cat cards, but another would be better than 1.5%.

From a member who reads this site. It's not a game, CL's, at least to most. It's just a necessary limit to achieve maximum rewards, as a safer alternative to cash. If there is gamenship it would be on the rewards, not the CL. (Thus my emphasis on the rewards for each CC/DC in my signature, not my personal CL or credit score, which would provide zero value to anyone else looking)
If a CLI gets you where you need to be, then congratulations. Each individual has to answer/act for their own needs with their spend/investment/utilization. You don't win anything more, rewards, outside of those necessary CL bounds. In fact, in my opinion, it could hurt you, too little or too much, CL, with less future potential rewards.
And if a CLD, do nothing, account closure, new account approved, gets/keeps you where you need to be, then congratulations also.

I've hit their CLI "ceiling" like 4 times now, each of which I've worked my way out of with high spend or large BTs.
I'm at 21.4K on the Cashback and Voice cards each and have once again hit "Maximum amount allowed as per policy". I keep them around because every year or so they throw me a 12-18 month 0% BT with a 3% fee and I take advantage of it.
