I GUESS IT TIME TO SKIP OFF TO THE GARDEN WITH MY APPROVALS!

I feel iike I've been rebuilding forever but in actuality it's only been 1 year. I applied for a 2 Secured cards last year in March and April. Wells Fargo ($4k) and Local CU ($750).

That was it until August when I decided to let someone repair my credit. She did remove some things and actually walked me through the hows and the whys of maintaining my credit.

While many say you can do it yourself sometime it's just the time element that stops you from doing it yourself. Her help was really appreciated. It sparked me to want to finish it myself and understand everything possible about how to get and maintain my credit.

In December I applied for Discover and Capital One. Both approved ($800) and ($3k) SL. At the time my scores ranged from 640-660.

I decided to apply for NFCU on March 16th Denied. Recon on 3/30/2017 24K SL. TU 693

I also received an offer back in January from BOA. Was feeling positive about the Recon so I applied  on 4/01/2017 and was approved for $2500 TU 692

Then applied on 4/3/2017 for AMEX BCE and SPG. Instant approval on BCE 10K and SPG is still in PROGRESS. EX 725

I'm so excited and think it may be time to head to the garden for a while to let these accounts grow. I'm a little concerned about my AAOA as I have 2 positive accounts that are set to fall off in the next 2 months.

Congrats on your approvals!

As far as AAoA goes....the great thing about AAoA is that time heals (as long as you do not continue applying for new credit Smiley Wink )

Re: I GUESS IT 'S TIME TO SKIP OFF TO THE GARDEN WITH MY APPROVALS! (UPDATED)

Finally received update on AMEX SPG. Approved SL $6000. Headed to the GARDEN for at least 6 months.

Unless of course I receive an offer from Chase. It's next on the wishlist.
