After getting screwed by Flagstar (turned everyone's Elan Max into generic trash), I was approved for another Elan Max Cash Preferred!
- Instant approval.
- 15k limit. Interestingly, this is almost exactly my current balance with the issuing bank.
- Bank stuff:
- I don't want to say the partner bank.
- 3-month banking relationship with 15k balance, not much direct deposit activity but 4k in the 30 days before the application.
- I applied online through the bank. Customer service said that, if I was refused or pending, I could do recon through the bank or directly with Elan. They said that Elan was sometimes "more lenient" if I go through the bank.
- I did also have a relationship with US Bank but I don't think that matters.
- No identity documents requested.
- Credit stuff:
- New accounts: 0/6, 2/12, 4/24

- Inquiries:
- Pulled TransUnion.
- Experian was frozen.
- Equifax was maybe pulled, I don't think so. I think CK will tell me tomorrow and I'll update.

- Income between 100k and 150k/year, rent 700/month.
