I have been diligently working on improving my credit score over the last year or so and I am thankfully starting to see some progress. Starting in 2/17 my tu score was 563 and eq was 557 with my utilization was around 80% now my tu is 673, eq is 723 with utilization at 8%. Long story short I got approved for Disco it 10k cl, and an Amex bce 1k cl, but I am wondering if I should apply for a couple more cards or be patient and wait another 6 months to let my score increase a bit more.
Congratulations on your score improvement and your successful applications. If you don't have any cards that you specifically need or want to apply for, it never hurts to wait. Your score will only go up which opens a lot of doors (or in this case applications). And, that Discover 10K is a significant addition already.
Out of curiosity since you only mentioned EQ and TU, are those Vantage scores from Credit Karma?

Very helpful advice. Best of luck to you.

Thanks for the advice and yes those are my ck scores.
You should grab your FICO scores to get a truer picture of where you're at. VantageScores aren't used by lenders. One way to grab your three FICO8s along with reports is to sign up for a $1 trial at CreditCheck Total, then canceling within the trial period.
Congrats on your approvals. I agree with Heaven. Try to get your Fico scores.
I would wait on more cards but then I have never been a spree type person.

1. Where are you getting the scores from? If from Credit Karma they're not FICO scores.
2. Discover will give you a genuine TU FICO 8 score and Amex will give you a genuine EX FICO 8 score, so use that.
3. Scorewise, you're better off not applying for any new credit. If you have only the 2 credit cards you mentioned, you should let one report a zero balance, and the other report a small balance.
