I'm on a roll today! Since I had success with a Citi CLI, I decided to try JCP, since that statement also cut and it's been four months since my last increase. And... a $1400 CLI!!! I went from $2800 -> $4200!!!

You know what's funny... They sent me a certificate for being a valued cardmember. It was $10 off on any in-store purchase of $10 or more. There was a particular item that I wanted to buy for the house -- a throw for the loveseat to replace one that was wearing out (we have three large dogs and we allow them on the furniture; the throws protect the furniture and can come off when we have company). The one that I wanted happened to cost exactly $10. Not $9.99, not $10.99 -- $10 exactly. So, the cashier rang it up, subtracted the certificate, the total came to $0, 6% sales tax on $0 came to $0, so my total due was -- $0. I'm not much of a basketball fan, but this has now become known as my "free throw" -- LOL!!!

But yes, I'll spend money on some stuff there in the coming months.

I love free stuff from JCP!!! Haha it's sad to see the store changing so much... Personally, I like the coupon feel JCP has had in the past. I used to love working there when I was 19-20!
I use mine at CVS too for like cold meds and stuff!! Pif though; she has a 26.99% apr!!!!
