John Deere Financial is the boss of their own accounts PERIOD. No other.
If they still trend as before then TransUnion is the CRA. However OP can help confirm with their own detail.
They will HP once and once only plus that's the last you'll see of them on your reports. It's a HTL.

Yup....TU pulled and yes..it is a HTL......No problem. It will come in the mail just like a regular CC.

Make 100% sure to take your card when you get it to whichever John Deere supply store because if they still do this they require you to do that so the store rep can register your account into the system. I think a D/L is good enough for identity proof and that locks your account in their system. I've had (2) of these and went through this process twice but easy peasy anyway.
