Before going back into the garden, I wanted to grab one more CU card with a low rate BT offer and high limit. Found out that KeyPoint has a SP pre approval tool similar to NASA. I qualified for a $50k auto loan, $20k credit card and $20k personal loan. Accidentally pulled the slider to $19.5k instead of the full $20k but I'll take it 😅
APR is ridiculously high for a CU but they're offering 0% BT for 16 months with a 2% fee.
Just got the approval email. Apparently no further documentation is required although I'll be watching the phone Monday in case they need POI or a copy of my DL or SS card. Membership is open to all through an association - this CU is in California but no longer geofenced (I live in VA).
Back to the garden I go! Too many inquiries on EX now for comfort (8 in the last 6 months), my score is 709, income $106k per year.
Really nice Credit Union Card pickup. Congratulations on the approval with a KeyPoint Visa Platinum!
Way to go! Outstanding starting limit on that card 💵! Totally boss. 👍🏾
Congrats on your Keypoint , they will most likely ask POI at least.
I have one of their cards laying around somewhere![]()
Congratulations on your KeyPoint CU approval!

How has your experience been with KeyPoint? Do you have any deposit accounts with them? Their rates seem very uncompetitive (even on savings products, very low APY) but I am loving the SP pre qualification and high CL.
I'll be ready to provide my W2 or pay stubs for POI if they ask, but when I click on the Docusign the list of documents they want is blank (aside from the signed CC application which I sent back).
Forgot to mention earlier, my utilization is around 3%. Only thing dragging down my score are a few 60-90 day lates from 2020 when I was laid off.
