Kind of in shock

Ok so I'm new here as far as posting but I've read this board for a while getting info on rebuilding my credit. 7 months ago my credit score was 490...today it is sitting at 601. I recently (2 days ago) was Auto approved online for a Chase Freedom card with a SL of $500. Low I know, but where I have came from it is amazing I was even approved. I'm excited to be in with a prime lender!! I just want to thank everyone for all the info and help i have learned from reading here...still have a long way to go but at least I'm on my way!!

Good job! And you can't beat the feeling of being approved for a new CC - especially when you are in the (re)building stage.

Thanks! I was approved for Credit One 3 months ago...blah awful card BUT had to get some  accounts reporting on my CRs so I could build my scores. Anyways I'm stoked for the Chase! Hopefully can close Credit One after a few more months!

Wait at least a year before you close Credit One

The Chase Freedom is a great card to have and highly versitile.  CLI's are hardpulls, but that limit can grow with time.  Congrats on your approval!
