Decided to pull the trigger and immediately approved. Initial limit is only $650, but it's GE and my experience with them has been great thus far!

UPDATE: called and asked for $1200 and was instantly approved!

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

I love that store just a little too much. I am in the garden for the rest of the year, but at least my Discover IT has 5% back on home improvement next quarter. Just in time for many Spring projects around the abode.

Now call and ask for a $1500 CL or at least $1k. They will most likely do it. Lowes is great at reconning initial limits.

FWIW, I recon'd the initial limit on my Walmart Discover (which is also GE backed) from 1,300 to 10,000.
