WOW.....22,500!!!-----------How often can a CLI be requested. I have had mine about 8 mos...would calling them be better than online? PLEASE tell me your secret
I just requested a CLI on our Macy's account that was opened in Nov. I was a tad nervous because we've opened a few cards recently which has yo-yo'd our scores a bit. I told the rep that the low limit made it a little difficult to use the card regularly. I was pleasently surprised when they raised our SL from $300 to $1000.
FWIW: for those who might be curious, CLI with Macy's IS A HARD PULL. Which I'm not too happy about, but I suppose that's the name of the game.
Congrats on your CLI..
A CLI request that is submitted online can be either a HP or a SP. It will depend on your present status with Macy’s.
The verbiage in the screenshot below is indicative of what you would see in the event of a HP:
If you don’t see this verbiage, it is likely to be a SP.
As with everything in credit YMMV. But generally, Macy’s CLI request are SP.
