congrats
Congrats! Take care of it well. When I got mine, I mistakenly confused the due date with another card I had and paid mere hours late on the second payment - it was due the 4th and I paid it the morning of the 5th. I took a $35 late pay fee and they cut my limit in half immediately.
Congratulations!

I don't know why you would be upset and not willing to buy from them just because you did. Something that was your own fault.
No Bank or Lender is required to give you a notice prior to closing a account. Everyone needs clothes or shoes, jewelry,or small appliances.you had plenty
of time to use your card. It's clearly you never shop there anyway or would rather use another form of payment. I don't blame them for closing it.
Thanks everyone!!!!!!
Congrats on approval!
Macy's will definitely grow with you. In May, I was approved for $600 on a revolving line through recon. Six months later, I have three credit lines with Macy's totaling nearly $7K ($2500 revolving, $2900 Special Events, $1500 AMEX)!
I realize it has been awhile since you posted this, but thanks for the info on who Macy's hard pulls. Seems to be EX.
