I just got a house, big enough that I need more furniture so, after debating if it was a good move or not, I went for the Macy's Amex card.
It was a bit of a shock because I burned them 7 years ago but I was approved for $1k. While on the line I requested an increase and they bumped me to 2.5k.
I decided to call the back door number and asked for 10k and surprise, surprise...I got it!! 
Wondering if I should call again and ask for 15k?? 
Eitherway, I'm happy!

Nice you got the approval and the bump up to 10k but I would stop it there and put some use on it before asking for more. Grats 
@gdale6 Oh I'm on it lol but don't want to use more than $2000...(frame and mattress) if I can refrain myself. I'm taking advantage of the 0% for 12 months
