Just wanted to share to help anyone. Got another sp increase on my macys card 2 days ago. Limit is now 2,000 was at 1,400. Asked for 1,000 they countered with 500 I took it. I called in and spoke with a rep, aksed if it was had or soft she said no its a soft, if it was a hard I would ask your permission before pulling. Then I think I called either chase or discover for one. Rep told me I had to unfreeze, I said oh so its a hard pull he said no its a soft but we still cant pull the soft with the freeze. I told him I would call back, bever did. Didnt feel like unfreezing lol. Comenity seems to have threw me out, no increases in 2 months and it was always every month like clock work. Wonder if I'm maxed out or they just see the spree I went on last month. Either way does matter I dont need the extra money just wanted it. Express and Vickie are the only ones I really use then PIF.

Nope never get hp, this is my second one in 4 months. Each case is diff some people they feel the need to hp and some they dont. Dont know why
