Max cash preferred approval

After having been declined for the cash + from us bank a year ago for to many accounts opened, I knew I wouldn't get approved now from recent openings.  So went for max cash instead and was instantly approved for $3000.  Was hoping for more, but I'm only gonna use it for utilities anyways.
