I've been bad....applied for Merrill+ over the phone and got 30 day response 
25,000 bonus points for $2500 spend is a nice offer though and I like the awards benefits. This may be a nice replacement card for my airline specific cards.
Have you called to recon yet? I got the 30 day message when I applied, and after a very pleasant conversation with an analyst, I was approved.

Dont blame you B335! I almost applied for that one a few days ago but already got a HP for the US Bank Flex on EX. Wanted one HP this month so it was between Merrill and US Bank. I think alot of people have gotten the 30 day message for the Merrill card. Call them tomorrow. So do the number for existing cardholders doesnt work anymore for BofA?

He said he only looks at existing cards. Stupid me I should have asked about APR reduction and sp CLI while I had him on the line

OMG don't get me started w/ this card...I've been eyeing on this card like there's no tomorrow.....that is one good looking card! However, i didn't find the 25k offer after $2.5k spend on the website..
