My Story with Bank Of America CL increase.

Hi This week I called BOA on Wednesday ask for an line increase from 12k to 15k on my Mastercard, I gave the info customer service my income of 75 K housing exprence of 1k month. I got answer we will send you letter in 7 days and no increase. I called BOA this morning and ask to speak to the Recom line,  I was transfer to recon line wher nice lady said you had a line increase back in January of 2019. She why do you want another cl increase I said I just like t have extra line in case I need it, she said just I am going to take another look at your account. She came back on line after 3 mins and said grads you have new cl of 15 thousand dollars. Again if this was Cap one I would be dead in the water. I have Fico score of around 790 and Ul of 2.5 percent. Total cl of 124.5K and total balance of 2.9k on all cards. I don't understand how One bank could be so nice another have no way to talk to some one get what you want. Some banks want to go after the busness and make customers happy.

Question, what do you guys think of new apple credit and how easy is it going to be  and what cl will GS give out. I think thay need to give bonus when you get the card.

Congratulations on the increase and for sticking with it and getting what you wanted. No clue on the apple question, I don't have any interest in it.

if economy goes south then some banks are going to cut back on open cl and that will hurt credit score catch 22 problems even good customers will get hurt in the in process.
