Looks like they have a banking relationship w/ Chase, I'm sure that helped a lot.
I got approved for both the CSP and CFU on the same day a couple months ago, also w/ low 600 scores (and a recent Chase CC chargeoff, to boot!) They work in mysterious ways over there at Chase. Often their decisions feel random.
Side note - My landing page looks like OP's, but in the recent past it looked like his wife's. They have been making a bunch of changes lately, and probably just aren't rolling out the changes to everyone at the same time.

Found it. Profile & Settings -> Personal Details -> Marketing Preferences. Everything was off. I`ll check and will update everyone.
I would also update your income. That can trigger a CLI and/or offers.
