Or if you look at the very top, the blue button says chat and it brings it right up.. good luck!
Well they finally got back with me, they required ID verification before they could open the account. I just sent that in, hopefully not to much longer so I can get in before they close the gates. The customer service is outstanding so far and I'm not even a member yet.
I opened a live chat and the rep told me my limit was $10,000 (down from the $15,000 I applied for) and when I inquired why my email stated a lower limit she came back and apologized that she had told me $10,000 when infact the counter-offer was $1,000. She gave me a number to speak with a Loan Officer which I am going to call and speak with in a short while. I just expect that if I was unfavorable I would not be extended credit, if they figured they would give me a credit limit smaller than what I applied for, at least give me something comparable to my current limits.

Hopefully when you call you can work something out!

Called the Loan Officer extention at NASA and they upped my limit to $5,000. I'll be good with that. It's higher than my $3K cards and aside from my NFCU it would be my highest yet. I'll send in my paperwork today and finish everything up. Not a $30k card (I didn't expect I'd be offered that given my income) but $5k is very do-able. Their wait times are 'eh' on the phone but the CSR's seem friendly enough. I'll probably keep NASA as my hide-away savings account and do my main banking through NFCU.
Just wanted to give a shout out thank you to myFico forum, you guys are great ^_^

Congrats on recon. I don't want high limits with my income. Good credit should add up to 1 to 1.5 annual salary (talking the 780+ club). Because I want more than ine card, need to keep the limits from 3k to 5k. Hope you picked the pretty shuttle.
