Low start line is okay since it was expected. Kinda went off script to press for it earlier than i planned. Applied at midnight and approval email came thru that same day around 2:30PM. Main ambition was to grab that number 3 now, be done on it and nurse progress along the Navy increase schedule.
FICO TU 724 - My (2) other navy cards both sit at $10K each in the (Amex MR-Platinum) with one of those due for CLI next month. Navy continues to be Rock Solid in my resetting the profile back on a straight course again. 1% Utilization (AZEO) of particular note <2 yrs post DC!

Congratulations on your Navy approval!!
Congrats on your NFCU 3rd Card approval . . . that limit will grow; I have 2 NFCU cards and look forward to #3, perhaps at year-end 2022!!!
Congrats!
Out of curiosity, why did you go for the Go Rewards if you already have the More Rewards? They overlap almost completely, with the MR having better multipliers. Did you need a Visa or MasterCard?

No particular reason although in hindsight another Platinum or MR might have been a better choice. Or Cash Rewards. Your right on the overlap but the rewards structure on this one wasn't the key issue for me. Landing (ANY) the third Navy Card now more than later was.
Congrats on your NFCU approval! 🎉

Thanks, I was curious. It seems the most unloved of the Navy cards.

True. Yet they run with the same timetable as the others where SP increases is concerned.
Congrats on your Navy approval!
CONGRATS!!!!!
I just got my 2nd navy card, the platinum also has a small sl, 1k. but like you i have a 2 year old bk on my records. my cash rewards which started at 3700 sl and after 4 months is already up to 9700. i think the sl doesnt matter so much when they grow so fast at navy.
