I have been reading the forums for some time now, getting pointers for rebuilding my credit. I've had a secured card with NF for a few years now. My FICO on NF is a 596, used their pre approval link and it told me I was preapproved for all their cards. I was nervous about applying as I've been denied for CapOne and others.
I applied for the Cash Rewards and they insta approved me for the Cash Rewards VISA Sig Card with a $6,200 credit limit!! My internal score was a 304! I recently paid off about ten collections accounts I had due to become disabled a few years ago! Any pointers on what to do next with them or Pen Fed(just opened check/savings with them) would be appreciated! Thanks for all the help in these forums!
