Every 6 months like clockwork I ask Navy for a CLI on my GoRewards card. It started at 1k! Card is 2.5 yrs old.
Over time I increased my CL and UTL. At this moment I'm 60% of 70k. Wanting to stick to my plan of not asking for any new tradelines until all accounts are over 2yrs, I asked Navy for an increase.
8.5k<11k.
And just like that they slightly lowered my utilization, and allowed me to BT a little more to that card. So at the end of Q4 I will see how all SP lenders respond to CLI, while seeking to add and finish my revolving tradelines in prep for home purchase.
