Could it be because it hasn't quite been 90 days? Has anyone ever received this?
That could be all it is, the site was having issues on Wednesay or Thursday I think. When I was trying to look for some information some of the links weren't working.
Well I just got off the phone with them and they said that there isn't anything wrong with my account. There are no flags or anything, however he said the only reason he could see that it wouldn't let me do it is because I haven't had the card 6 months yet and to just wait until then.
I told him thank you very much and I'll just wait the 6 months. I only said this because I knew the guy didn't have a clue as to what he was talking about...I hope...LOL!!! Like you said, it must be a glitch in the system because I can monkey around within my account and do everything else.
So I'll probably just wait until Monday if the urge doesn't hit me again tomorrow when I wake up 
!

Maybe you were right starry. I wish I would have come back to read this BEFORE I attempted it again this morning.
I was able to go through with the app. I put in a $5K increase to get to $10K, which would be my first 5 digit CL and I got 3 to 5 day message 
.
I immediately went to check all 3 CRA's and I don't see an HP anywhere so I dont know if this is an outright denial but I'm going to remain positive until I hear otherwise. I thought they would have pulled a report immediately but probably not because its Sunday. Oh well here we go with the waiting game .
