NFCU GO Rewards Approval

I hit 91/3 on my Navy secured card ($500 deposit) almost two weeks ago and tried the pre-qual tool with Navyfederal website and yielded nothing. Fast forward to yesterday I for some reason decided to call in and see if I qualify for anything and they said I qualified for all their cards( sounds like what everybody says ). Five minutes later I am approved for the Go Rewarss with a SL of $500. I was very happy giving my Equifax  with in the navy federal app was 575. They pulled Trans Union for the new card however which is slightly higher. I sent a secured message asking for a reconsideration of the starting limit and am waiting to hear back. I do NOT bank with Navy Federal. Income around 155k including spouse which they said was fine.
