I would call. SM can take a couple of days for a response. Their CSR's are very friendly and helpful. I normally don't call for things but I don't have an issue picking up the phone and calling NFCU

Sending good vibes but have you called? A lot of people don't like making phone calls but the NFCU CSRs are some of the most helpful and nicest ones you'll ever encounter. Call!
I would call them and ask I waited a week after applying and when i called in to ask they said there was something wrong with the application so they just finished it for me and approved it all in one phone call
