NFCU Question - have Flagship - should I app for LOC?

First post but long time reader .... I have had my NFCU Flagship card since April 2014.  Started with a $5K limit and called on October 15 to CLI and asked for $15K and they gave me $25K.  I was reading today about the LOC and how it is "easy" at $15K ... just trying to diversify a little.  My usage is pretty low at the moment but would love to keep building things with NFCU.  Should I app now?  In 3 Months?  6 months? .... Any thoughts?

There's no need to wait for the app. For instance I joined NFCU last month - upon joining I applied for the Cash Rewards and was approved for $13k, I was nervous about doing the NavCheck/LOC as well. But I applied a few days later and was instantly approved for the full $15k - they just sent me the paperwork and I mailed it back. It's now showing up in my accounts. NFCU is something special.

Go ahead and do it! I got my cashRewards in April with $12.5k, app'd the LOC next day for $10k, and got a car loan a week later with them lol. Yesterday I got the $5k increase on my LOC for the full $15k and a few weeks back asked for $25k on my cashRewards and got $17.5k counter. NFCU is awesome.

yes do it now and ask for full $15k.

if you are at full $25k on your flagship, you should apply for a 2nd Navy card too... think they just started a promo on the nRewards card.
