Today was 91/3 from my last Navy card. I applied for the Flagship for my final card. I was really hoping for that 25K limit but ended up with $11,300 16.99%. Overall I'm pretty happy with what Navy has given me. 

I started with a secured card in July 2019. I got the MR AMEX in October 2019 and a platinum in January 2020. My secured card graduated shortly after that and I combined my $2000 limit with my MR.
