As other have mentioned, the pre-approval amount was 50% Understated.
Had been trying to get a pre-approval for a week or so and kept getting 'we could not pre-approve at this time' with no email reply as to why.
After thawing my TU, I did get the pre-approval screen. Thus, if you want a preview of your SL, have your TU thawed.
