Onepay mastercard cli increase to 15K from 10K

Ok I open the Onepay mastercard from Synchronybank back in August of last year with starting cl of 7.5K then got an increase to 10K in november of 2025. This afternoon I cald Synchronybank credit operations at 877-379-8173 and requested an increase from 10K to 15K increase of 5K. The whole thing took about 4 minutes with very nice lady from the Us. Here are the data points Fico scores over 810 and the avantage svore 4.0 at 813, income 88k and total credit lines of 360.4K before the new increase making total cl now 365.4K and ul less then 800 showing on all reports.

Congrats on your CLI!!! Was it a SP or HP? I have this card and I'm not familiar on how Synchrony works as this is my first card with them.

Congrats, @firefox100.  Your post inspired me to request a CLI on my OnePay card. I got it in November. I used the chat feature in the OnePay app and got a soft pull 2x increase to $8,000

I don't want to poke the Synch bear too much, but I would like to get my card up to the $10k mark.  Do you know how far apart they normally grant increases?

I just used the chat feature as well. Got a $3k boost to $8k.

All synchrony creditcards are soft pull only and you can request an increase up to 25K limit with out showing doc's.
