Congrats on your CLI ! 

I initially thought the same but an $800 CLI does not mean max limit is reached. My CLI's started at $1500 then grew to $2000 each. Recently I had two CLIs of $800 and the last received went back to $2000. I'm currently at $25,300 and growing.
