Today I was approved for the Overstock card. I only decided to take advantage of the pre-approval that I received in the mail after realizing that it's probably gonna be over a year before I can get my scores right for a mortgage. I figure the Overstock card could help me on that journey with regards to utilization with its CLI. Before this card the Wayfair Card that I was approved for last month was going to be my last but I like that Overstock has more beauty hygiene products that my family can use more often.
I needed a few household items (blackout curtains for my husband who works nights and sleeps during the day,sk etc..) so when I got the preapproval notice in the mail I went for it and was approved for $1500.
I bought the $55 curtains but that's all I need for now. I am going to pay that off immediately but how soon should i wait to ask for LUV. Should I call before I get the card or should I wait until my first statement.
My overall goal is to rebuild so I don't want to use this card or my others like crazy. I"d like to get things Ineed and pay in full immediately

I ordered something immediately. When the card came in the mail, I paid it off, then hit the luv button and my limit increased. I've hit it every 30 days since, getting luv every time.
