Got a pre-approval letter in the mail yesterday from PNC for their Cash Rewards VISA card. It had a guaranteed 16.74% purchase APR and 0% on balance transfers for 15 months. It was the latter I was interested in since, y'know, interest free borrowing and all. I've been with PNC ever since they bought out my National City account back in 2008/2009, but have never applied for a credit product from them. So I did. Wasn't an instant decision (went to review for address verification), but I got the approval email 15 minutes ago.

$20,000 SL with a 16.74% APR.

Not bad!
