PSECU Founder's Approved $10k

Saw a recent approval of the Founder's card and wanted to get in on the action. Here's how it went down:

-Out of state resident, so there is an option to apply for Pennsylvania Recreation and Park Society membership to join. You can sign up during the PSECU membership app for $10 (versus $20 directly at https://www.prps.org)

-There was a HP on EX for membership, which I didnt expect but realized I can use the same HP for other products.

-Membership was approved in one day. On the check status page, at the bottom, there was pre-approval for the Founder's card for $10k at 12.40% APR with no further app, just an accept button, which I did.

-Although I have other 1.5% cash back and 2% cards, the low 3.9% no fee balance transfers can be useful.

DP: EX HP, FICO 742, lots of new accounts in 12 months

Congrats and thanks for providing a little DP. I came across their site this morning and was concern about an HP for applying for membership (looking to switch CU but dont really want to deal with any HP) and now that I know they HP for membership, it will now be a hard pass lol.
