Pay Pal Mastercard approval

I initially wanted the Citi DC card for a 2% catch all but was denied (To many inquiries) so today applied for the Pay Pal card. They pulled my Transunion. $2,500 Initial SL @ 19.99%. Again not the card I wanted but 2% is 2%. 

Back to the garden.

That weird, I have the same S/L and interest rate. I haven't had any problems with the card, and getting the rewards back thru pay pal is a snap.
