Received my first CLI on my PayPal Cashback MC today. I've had the card about 4-5 months with a SL of $6k. I've used the heck out of it and they gave me a $4k increase to $10k.

Do increases over $10k require phone calls instead of the luv button?

Congrats. Yes other than lowes and care credit, most synchrony cards past the 10K mark require a phone call to CS.
