PayPal Credit

I have been dilligently working on raising my credit scores, and I decided that this hidden TL would be nice for larger purchases that I didn't want to affect my utilization.  My typical approvals right now still hover around the $1000 mark. I decided to add a fairly expensive TV to my cart on Best Buy's website and then apply through their check out process.  BAM... approved for $2650.  Needless to say I removed the item from teh Best Buy card and didn't order it, but this limit is perfect for when I want something that I can get 0% financing for and not have it affect a credit card utilization.  Repairing credit is a long road and I have been preaching to everyone I know about making sure they take care of their credit scores!  I'm thankful for everyone on here that posts advice or their stories.  Its all very encouraging!

you removed the item from teh Best Buy card and didn't order it, but this CLI is still there.


If that's case. I can just do that to increase my paypal credit limit.


is that correct?  just remove items from the cart after getting approved for CLI?

No it was a first time application. I didn't have Paypal credit before this. I applied by selecting PayPal in the checkout process because I was hoping that by having an expensive item it would give me a better limit Han cold applying for it.
