Paypal Smart Connection CLI! But a question...

Just called the automated number and the computerized lady asked how much I wanted and I asked for $1000 increase. Came back with apporoved! 

But was wondering if anybody knows what would have happened if I had asked for something crazy, like $5000? Would they have denied or come back with their max lower offer?

I called 1-866-571-3012

It was all automated so I do not know if it was soft or hard. I'm hoping soft, as I belive GE does for all CLI request. 

Account has been open for a little under a year.

Congrats on your CLI.  It should be a SP but there are some GE backed cards that are hps for CLI's ( Care Credit for instance)

If you are dealing with Cred Solutions they will counter if you ask for too much.

GE usually counters... so I would call back in now that you got the $1k and try for $10k!

They will definitely counter, be it Credit Solutions or any of GE's auto systems.

I always shoot for the stars when asing for clis, which is evident in my signature LOL
