So all excited, I log onto the mobile app again only to see my application status went from Approved to Withdrawn. I'm like whatt?!!!! I then proceed to login to my online account on my mac and see 'Withdrawn per Member request' on my application status! Has anyone ever seen this before? I'm a little at a loss for words as I did nothing since the CSR told me on the phone I was approved for $11.5k. What effect will this have on EQ now since I apped using my final Inq? Can they reverse the supposed withdrawal? This seems a bit crazy to me.

Called first thing and when I was on the website last night going to the application status page, I somehow 'cancelled' the application after they had approved it. Their UI on the website is horrible if I did indeed to that. They said that I could re-apply as there was nothing else that could be done, so I said ok as long as you only use the credit report you ran yesterday and they agreed. Back to approval on the same CL and they're expediting the card so I can't cancel it accidentally again. Now that's some great customer service if you ask me. ![]()
