PenFed Power Cash Approval weird data points.

Applied for PenFed PCR 2 days ago and was denied but got approved for PenFed gold after manual review and uploading documents. Thread about it in the approval forum. I was annoyed I didn't get the PCR. After I got the Gold approval confirmation. I applied again for the PCR and guess what, It went to manual review then approval. What gives? Back to back approval, Did not get a HP on PCR
