Thank you everyone! Just FYI, my hubby is not a member although he is my beneficiary on my savings account (I only have $29 in mysavings with them). Last time I applied they suggested I try to apply jointly when they turned me down. This time they let me do it individually and just put his income as the other source of income.

congrats,and i thought the 17.5 k limit i got was alot.penfed is very generous.i guess they look at the utility number and assume most wont use over 10% to 20 % usage so they feel the large limits are low risk.
