Hi all,

Was waiting for my utilization to report below 10% to apply for the PenFed Power Cash Rewards. I applied and got approved for $5,000 SL at 17.99%. I also checked the prequal tool on CapOne and Discover just to see. CapOne offered me the Quicksilver (already have one, PCd from Platinum) or Platinum (was hoping for Venture). I prequaled on Discover and got two offers: Cashback and Gas/Restaurants; applied for the Cashback and got $2,000 SL, 0% for 15 months and 22.99% thereafter.
