Thanks everyone. My highest card prior was a Lowe's Home Improvement of 1500. Unfortunatley I burned several companies 6.5 yrs ago so I won't qualify I don't think. I tried Citi yesterday and got denied. I think Chase puts you on a black list. Ill wait until the UTI improves with this big limit from PenFed.
